MISS GRACE LIM started piano education at the age of 6. Having great passion and love in music allows Grace determined to be a music teacher as an ambition at the young age. Born and raised in the family music background environment became an advantage in picking up and understand music precisely. Grace’s Elder cousin sister is a music director of two music center locate at meru talent music academy and another at Kuala Lumpur. Younger cousin sister is the First Violinist of Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra (MPYO), also a principle of winter waltz music academy at setia alam and younger cousin brother major both Piano and Violinist graduated at Nanyang Academy of Fine arts Singapore.
Grace completed both practical and theory grade 8 ABRSM (Associated board royal school of music) classical piano at the age of 14. Grace participant as a School Choir pianist for 3 years at her Primary school days and piano performing meanwhile take part Organ Electone Competition twice during her teenager Time.
Grace didn’t cease with this accomplishment but continue to expose another Advance Instrument ~ Electronic Organ Electone and directly attained teacher grade certified by Yamaha foundation BOTH grade 5 Electone performance and fundamentals at the age of 18. With a strong foundation lies between classical and contemporary music, Grace further mastering Jazz piano and attained A jazz piano grade 5 (the highest offered till grade 5 by ABRSM) which Grace isn’t satisfied till she completed jazz piano grade 8 as a Self -Presenter directly attained from LCM London College of Music. Grace progressing with music diplomas in solo recital and attained Trinity Associate ATCL at the age of 22 and trinity Licentiate LTCL at the age of 27 and trinity fellowship FTCL at the age of 34 respectively.
Having great passion and love in music , Grace progressing in expose the computer music meanwhile teaching actively both individual and group class doesn’t hinder Grace participant sort of Music Workshop , Music Conference, Music seminars to keep track on the updated and latest trend of music.
Grace believes the only method to keep MUSIC fresh and dynamics, to be inspired and immerse in the beauty of music with perseverance discovery.
